REGULI #PLOIESTI and chat on-line
#PLOIESTI este un canal unde-ti poti intalni prietenii si unde-ti poti face altii noi. Este un canal unde fiecare este binevenit, indiferent de varsta, sex, rasa, religie, preferinte sexuale.
Pentru a mentine o atmosfera primitoare, au fost adaptate niste reguli pentru ca fiecare sa se simta confortabil. Operatorii canalului #ploiesti monitorizeaza canalul si asigura respectarea acestor reguli.

NETCHAT rulzz: No Flooding: This means you shouldnt join and part a channel or
change your nickname successively and quickly because that perturbs a user chatting
on the channel . You mustn't as well load War Clones.
No Ads/Mass invites: dont even try to place advertising on the channel or your
website on the channel. Mass invites and mass ads are not welcomed .
No Spamming: Spamming can be defined as inviting, and its almost never tolerated
on NETCHAT servers. We could especially refer to Mass Spamming.
If u dont repect the NETCHAT Rulez, this could lead you to K-Line ( you wont be
able to connect to NETCHAT for a certain period of time. And if you get
repetitive K-line, you may get Akill, that mean you wont be able to NETCHAT
anymore permanently.
Users Rulez:
* Things not allowed: Begging ops/users, swearing, flooding, inviting, harassment,
ban evading, nuking, spamming in general. (Abusing this rule will make you win a
Kick-ban).
* Always be nice with other users and dont make fun of others coz im sure no one is
better than another.
* Ops are always here to help you. Msg them when you need any kind of help.
* If the Op doesnt answer, that means he/she is away or busy, so be patient.
* If you got this message "Cannot join #ploiesti only Registered nicks", wait for a
while till an Op remove the mode and fix it.
* If you got any kick/ban for personal reason please save it and msg any Ops or
the founder about it.
* If any Op was rude and misbehaved with any other user (the user should report him
to OP/Founder).
